Is the Meesho QR Sticker tool free?+

Yes. You can create QR stickers, apply them to shipping labels, merge PDFs, and export your order report.

What is the difference between Free and Paid?+

Free includes QR sticker creation, label processing, PDF merging, and Excel reports. Paid includes everything in Free plus tracked QR links, scan analytics, store comparison, and three months of scan history.

What benefits do I get with a paid plan?+

You can measure total and daily scans, identify your best-performing stores, compare activity over time, and use real scan data to understand which QR stickers bring customers to your Meesho stores.

Where can I see my QR scan insights?+

Sign in and click the View Insights button beside “Apply & Download.” You can also open it from your profile menu under Meesho QR Insights. Scan analytics are available with an active paid plan.

Will upgrading show insights for my existing free QR codes?+

No. Scans made before upgrading cannot be recovered because free QR codes are not tracked. After upgrading, create and apply a new tracked QR sticker to start collecting insights.

Does the Lite plan include QR scan insights?+

Yes. The Lite plan is a paid plan, so it unlocks tracked QR stickers, total and daily scan counts, store-wise performance, and three months of scan history.

What happens if I do not renew next month?+

Your QR codes will continue to open your Meesho store, but the Insights dashboard will be locked after your paid access ends. New QR stickers will use direct, untracked links until you activate a paid plan again.

Can I get a refund if I do not use Insights?+

No. If you do not need Insights, do not purchase a paid plan. After payment, your plan remains available until its expiry date and the payment is non-refundable. Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged for another billing period.

Will my QR codes stop working?+

No. Direct QR codes created on the free plan continue to open your Meesho store.

Are my uploaded PDF files stored?+

Label processing happens in your browser. Your uploaded label files are not sent to the server for processing.

Can I process labels from multiple stores together?+

Yes. Add each store link, then upload all label PDFs together. The tool matches labels to the appropriate store account.

Where is the QR sticker placed?+

The QR sticker is placed automatically near the bottom-center of each shipping label for consistent printing.
